In my first job as a graduate I was promoted twice to Senior Business Analyst.

I designed and then managed the build of a commission and remuneration system for financial advisors based on a balanced scorecard approach.

I was part of the team that launched the first online life assurance product in the UK (The Instant Life Protector), where I designed the online journey and UX.

It was here that I discovered my interest and aptitude for web and online business. I left to join the web/music start-up, On Demand Distribution (OD2).
