I’m not looking for a job right now, but this is my online CV.

I prefer to work with a company that is already successfully growing their customer base and that has a vision on which I can really align.

I’m great at creating, improving and managing digital products and services that increase customer retention. I do this by making complex tasks easy to achieve for customers, allowing them to self-serve with great results and ensuring each touch point is the best it can be.

I work well in a team or leading it, contributing positively to the culture and wellbeing of colleagues around me.

I can visualise the future clearly and am good at predicting customer trends, always keeping on top of the latest developments within the field in which I am working to make good decisions for products and the businesses they support.

I have had a varied career spanning multiple disciplines and industries. I believe this gives me unique insights into the work that I do and makes me a fast learner, used to transferring skills from one area to another. I have worked more often in smaller companies where I have had exposure to much wider responsibilities including legal, financial, marketing and sales.

It is important to me that my work has an ethical or socially responsible purpose, even if that is simply to contribute generally to the overall corporate responsibility within the company for whom I work.

I have been working remotely for the past three years, so am comfortable with that arrangement, however I also enjoy and miss working alongside colleagues in a close-knit, office-based team. My ideal role may offer a mixture of both.
